You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To return your item(s), please follow these steps:
- Register your return online via our website within 14 days of delivery.
- Place the item(s) back in the original packaging.
- Include the packing slip inside the parcel.
- Choose your return method:
Option 1 – Use the included DHL return label
A return label is included in your package. Attach it to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest DHL ServicePoint.
The return fee is €7 (Netherlands & Belgium) and will be deducted from your refund.
Option 2 – Return with your own shipping method
You may also return your order using your own shipping method. In this case, you are responsible for the shipping costs and no €7 fee will be deducted.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.
If you place an order today, it will be shipped as soon as possible. As soon as DHL eCommerce has collected your order from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code. Did you miss the delivery man? Then your package will be delivered to the nearest DHL eCommerce ServicePoint. With the track & trace code you can of course track your order.
